Elegant rooms with a double bed and amazingly nice staff. Great and magnificent location at a short distance from a Parish basilica.

we have spent 4 days in a single room with balcony as well as a modern bathroom, everything was spotless.

The overall atmosphere was cozy, nonetheless some staff members were not always friendly.

I ate at an EXCEPTIONAL restaurant for evening meals. Central heating, a private safe and multi-channel TV worked well.

Some people working there were not that friendly.

This hotel has a nice balance of shops and restaurants nearby, making it convenient for guests. The location is within walking distance to most of the sites in the city, including Piazza del Popolo. Additionally, the rooms were clean and had a very nice balcony where you could enjoy a glass of wine at night.

All was great, no improvements needed.

Great location, good clean rooms and good air conditioning.

Room was a bit small for a family of four. The bunk bed was unsafe and it actually broke when my son was on it. A bit overpriced for what you get. Staff barely cracked a smile.

Location is superb. Staff are extremely helpful and polite Even though small, got comfortable night sleep with very good, firm mattress Air conditioning is very good.

Rooms are smaller that you can believe and space between beds is wide enough for one adult only.

During our stay at Hotel Okapi, we were pleased with the excellent location. Just a short walk from the metro and situated in a charming neighborhood near the Spanish Steps, we were able to easily explore the city. The hotel itself was clean, safe, and fairly quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring we had a pleasant stay. Our room had a private terrace, which was a delightful bonus, and it was spacious enough by European standards. Although the bed initially felt firm, we slept comfortably throughout our stay. If you prefer to experience an upscale and authentic neighborhood rather than the touristy areas, this hotel is the perfect choice.

The hotel is practically on the Piazza del Poppolo. Near Subway. The cozy rooms are pleasantly different from the usual standard rooms in hotels of this level.

No breakfast. Towels were never changed in three days.

The location is great

There are two negative point regarding the Okapi: 1- Important!! There is no refrigerator in rooms which they could offer as a mobile refrigerator and charge for it. 2- There is no simple breakfast serving, but if the refrigerator would be available in the rooms then this can be solved.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The value for money was great, especially given the location. The hotel is situated on a quiet street, which meant I had a peaceful night's sleep. Additionally, the staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The rooms, although small, were spotless and well-equipped, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I also appreciated the variety of nearby cafes and restaurants, making it easy to find a delicious meal or a refreshing cup of coffee.

All aspects of this hotel were more than satisfactory.

The location was great, a block from Piazza del Popolo and the metro. Room clean, bed comfortable, staff friendly. Definitely a budget option.

The bedroom was small. Bathroom was powder room sized (I could not open both arms inside), with a shower and bidet squeezed in. The toilet was almost under the sink, and the right half of your body had to be twisted towards the bidet with your left elbow on top of the sink. Kind of like an RV bathroom, just weirdly organized.

We really appreciated its location, it's really close to the center only one quarter away from piazza di popolo, perfect spot and a very reasonable price. The room was clean and cosy with a comfortable mattress. The staff was kind and helpful

This hotel is a great find, with excellent value for money. The staff were helpful and friendly, providing fantastic service throughout my stay. The location is perfect, right in the center and surrounded by many cafes and restaurants.

Not a single complaint, everything was just perfect.
